So, I got a Moen faucet and will never have to worry again. As a former licensed plumbing contractor, I would not consider installing any other brand of faucet than Moen. They are incredibly dependable and should they actually need repair, the cartridges are easy to obtain and replace. A very solid faucet at a reasonable price. Handles and spout are easy to clean. Faucet handles operate smoothly and are easy to adjust for comfortable water temperatures. There is no dripping when the water is turned off. Very pleased with this faucet - and the seller.
