My contractor was incorrect. The faucet is installed, working, and looks terrific! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I ordered the Pfister Jaida faucet for my bathroom remodel, which is underway and now delayed. The faucet arrived next day (I paid for overnight shipping). However, it arrived without any of the necessary hardware (mounting plates, drain, etc.) to make it work. What a mistake!!! I ordered a replacement Jaida faucet (again paying for next day shipping) from another source and I will be returning the useless faucet as soon as I can get it back from my contractor.
