Actually bought four German made water-fall type faucet from Costco. Unfortunately, different product defects in the first two I attempted to install made me return all four. While this model does not have the boldness of the German design, it has the elegance and softness of either French or Italian design. My wife and I love the ease of bending down to rinse toothpaste from our mouth because of its mid-arc height. We have a regular sink rather than the above-counter bowls and can really take advantage of it's height. Although neither of us have accidentally bumped our face into these faucet yet, we are less concerned about such an accident because of the softer and less threatening corners and edges. It was hard to find this faucet in brushed nickel. When I ordered went to order it, it was out of stock. Had to wait three weeks before it shipped. I have had allot of positive comments now that they are installed. We purchased two of them since we changed are master bath to and his and her sink. The drain control is a push/plug type. So there is not a control coming from the faucet. It doesn't have the best water pressure but every once in a while if you get the handle positioned just right it does. The one thing I think people should consider is I think it is great for a powder bath faucet but for you everyday faucet where you are spitting out toothpaste your spit does get on the open portion fo the water flow area so I feel I always need to clean it before I drink water from it. |
